Experienced-based, proven approach for tangible results

As a leader, educator, and activist, I have spent over 20 years in the social sector centering racial justice in organizations. 

I help my clients think beyond the tangible outcomes of a strategic or work plan; we also develop the intangible justice skills and dispositions of the team responsible for those plans. This way, the plan and its implementation are more equitable, inclusive, and impactful. 

This systems-thinking approach results in concrete outcomes of work plans, as well as improved intra-and inter-personal skills of the team members. And this combination is what changes workplace culture.
