Sapna Sopori | Founder & CEO, Sapna Strategies

I am an experiential educator, facilitator, consultant, and learner with a deep commitment to building workplaces that encourage us to embrace our humanity. I believe we can build the world we dream of by developing teams where people can trust each other, hold compassion for themselves and others, communicate vulnerably and authentically, and work together to build positive workplace cultures.  

I founded Sapna Strategies in 2019 after spending over 20 years in the education, environmental and social sectors, where I served as a nonprofit executive director and as a graduate-level professor in nonprofit administration. Throughout my career, I have also led educator/teacher teams, curriculum development, and training programs. I hold a master’s in environmental education with a focus on curriculum development.
